Ingredients

  • 6 fillets anchovy fillets in oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 2 medium bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 large cucumbers, sliced
  • 2 medium carrots, sliced

Instructions

    Slice bell peppers, cucumber, and carrots into spears or thin sticks. Arrange on a plate or board.

    Warm olive oil in a small skillet over medium-low heat until shimmering, about 90 seconds.

    Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant, then add anchovies and stir gently.
