- 1 lb pork ribs (about 1 lb), cut into 2-inch pieces
- 4 cups water
- 4 whole Thai bird chilies (or 2 serrano chilies), sliced
- 1 whole lime (juiced)
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- ¼ cup fresh mint and cilantro leaves (chopped, mixed)
