Ingredients
- 1 cup glutinous rice flour
- ¾ cup water
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk
- ½ cup tapioca pearls
- 3 drops food coloring (green, red, yellow)

In a bowl, mix 1 cup glutinous rice flour with 0.75 cup water until a soft dough forms. Divide dough into 3 equal parts.

Add 1 drop of green food coloring to one part, 1 drop red to another, and 1 drop yellow to the third. Knead each until color is uniform.

Roll each colored dough into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter. Set aside.

Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the rice balls and 0.5 cup tapioca pearls. Cook until they float and are translucent, about 5 minutes. Drain.

In a saucepan, heat 1 can coconut milk with 0.25 cup sugar over medium until sugar dissolves, about 3 minutes. Serve the balls and pearls in bowls, pour the warm coconut milk over, and enjoy.
