- ¾ cup water
- ¼ cup palm sugar
- ½ cup coconut flakes

In a bowl, mix 1 cup rice flour with 0.75 cup water until a soft dough forms. If too sticky, add a little more flour.

Divide dough into 8 balls. Press a small indentation in each, fill with 0.25 cup palm sugar (grated or chopped), and seal tightly.

Bring a pot of water to a boil. Drop in the balls and cook until they float to the surface, about 5 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon.
