Ingredients
- 1 cup glutinous rice flour
- ½ cup water
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 cups water (for broth)
Instructions
- 1
In a bowl, mix 1 cup glutinous rice flour with 0.5 cup water until a soft dough forms. If too sticky, add a little more flour; if too dry, add a teaspoon of water.

Roll the dough into 1-inch balls. You should get about 12 dumplings.
- 3
Bring 2 cups water to a boil in a pot. Add the dumplings and stir gently to prevent sticking.
- 4
Cook until the dumplings float to the surface, about 3-4 minutes. Then add 2 tbsp sugar and stir until dissolved.
