Ingredients
- 1 lb morning glory (water spinach), trimmed
- 4 cloves garlic cloves, minced
- 1 chili Thai red chili, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Heat oil in a wok or 12-inch skillet over high heat until it shimmers, about 1 minute.
