  • 1 lb large prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 whole limes
  • 1 tbsp Thai fish sauce
  • ¼ tsp red chili flakes

Instructions

    Heat butter in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high until foaming, about 1 minute.

    Add garlic and chili flakes, stir constantly until fragrant, 30 seconds only.
