Ingredients
- 10 count large prawns, peeled and deveined
- 1 fillet (6 oz) white fish fillet (sea bass, cod, or similar)
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 count garlic cloves, minced
- ¼ tsp Thai chilis or red pepper flakes
- 2 count limes
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high until very hot. Rub prawns and fish with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Grill prawns 2 minutes per side until pink and opaque; set aside. Grill fish fillet 3 minutes per side until cooked through.

In a small skillet over medium, melt butter with minced garlic and Thai chilis until fragrant, about 60 seconds.

Return prawns to the garlic-butter pan and toss to coat, 30 seconds. Squeeze one lime over and turn off heat.

Plate the fish fillet and garlic prawns together. Top with cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
