Ingredients

  • 10 count large prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 1 fillet (6 oz) white fish fillet (sea bass, cod, or similar)
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 count garlic cloves, minced
  • ¼ tsp Thai chilis or red pepper flakes
  • 2 count limes
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. 1

Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high until very hot. Rub prawns and fish with a pinch of salt and pepper.

  2. 2

Grill prawns 2 minutes per side until pink and opaque; set aside. Grill fish fillet 3 minutes per side until cooked through.

  3. 3

In a small skillet over medium, melt butter with minced garlic and Thai chilis until fragrant, about 60 seconds.

  4. 4

Return prawns to the garlic-butter pan and toss to coat, 30 seconds. Squeeze one lime over and turn off heat.
