Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 4 count garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 count lime
  • 2 tbsp palm sugar or brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp neutral cooking oil

Instructions

  1. 1

Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels. Mix garlic, fish sauce, sugar, and oil in a bowl.

  2. 2

Toss wings with the marinade until coated. Let sit 5 minutes while grill heats.

  3. 3

Heat grill or grill pan to medium-high. Oil the grates lightly.

  4. 4

Grill wings 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally, until skin chars at the edges and internal temp reaches 165°F.
