Ingredients
- 2.5 lbs chicken wings (flats and drums)
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 whole lime (juiced)
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp neutral oil
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro or Thai basil, chopped

Mix garlic, fish sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, and oil in a bowl.

Toss wings with the marinade, coating well. Let sit 5 minutes while grill heats.

Heat grill or grill pan to medium-high until hot; brush grates lightly with oil.

Grill wings 8–10 minutes, turning every 2 minutes, until skin is golden brown and charred at edges.
