Ingredients
- ¾ lb beef ribeye or sirloin, thinly sliced
- ½ lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups red and yellow bell peppers, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Thai chili peppers or red pepper flakes
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 whole lime (juiced)

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a large skillet over high heat until it shimmers, about 90 seconds.

Add beef slices in a single layer. Sear 90 seconds without stirring, then flip and cook 60 seconds more until edges brown. Transfer to a plate.

Add shrimp to the skillet and cook 2 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Transfer to the same plate.

Add bell peppers to the skillet. Stir-fry 3 minutes until just tender, then add garlic and chili peppers. Cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
