Ingredients

  • 2 fillets (6 oz each) salmon fillet
  • 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz broccolini
  • ½ cup teriyaki sauce

Instructions

  1. 1

Pat salmon and shrimp dry with paper towels, then season lightly with salt and pepper.

  2. 2

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high until shimmering, about 90 seconds.

  3. 3

Sear salmon skin-side up for 3 minutes without moving until edges look opaque.

  4. 4

Flip salmon, add shrimp and broccolini to the pan, then pour teriyaki sauce over everything.

  5. 5

Cook for 4 minutes until shrimp turns pink, salmon flakes easily, and broccolini is tender-crisp.

  6. 6

Divide between two plates and spoon the glossy sauce over the top.
