  • ¾ lb shaved beef
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • ½ cup Japanese barbecue sauce

Instructions

    Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat until water flicked on surface sizzles, ~90 seconds.

    Add shaved beef in a single layer, sear without stirring for 60 seconds until edges brown.

    Stir beef, breaking up clumps, and cook 60 seconds more until no pink remains.

    Add broccoli florets and Japanese barbecue sauce, toss constantly for 3 minutes until broccoli is tender-crisp.
