Ingredients
- 1 cup sushi rice
- 2 sheets nori sheets
- 4 oz sashimi-grade tuna
- ½ medium cucumber
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Cook 1 cup sushi rice according to package directions, then let it cool until just warm, about 10 minutes.

Slice 4 oz tuna into thin strips and 0.5 cucumber into matchsticks. Mix 2 tbsp mayonnaise with a splash of water to make a drizzle.

Lay 1 nori sheet on a bamboo mat, spread half the rice over it, leaving a 1 inch strip at the top. Sprinkle with half the sesame seeds.

Arrange half the tuna and cucumber in a line across the rice, then roll tightly using the mat. Repeat with the second sheet.
