Ingredients
- 2 6-oz fillets salmon fillets, skin-on
- 2 tbsp tandoori spice blend
- 3 tbsp Greek yogurt
- ½ lemon lemon (juiced)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped

Preheat oven to 450°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.

Pat salmon dry with paper towels. Place skin-side down on the sheet pan.

Stir together yogurt, tandoori spice, lemon juice, and garlic in a small bowl.

Spread tandoori mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.

Drizzle with olive oil. Roast until the coating is lightly charred and salmon flakes easily with a fork, 12–14 minutes.
