Ingredients
- 1 cup masa harina
- ¾ cup warm water
- ¼ cup butter
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 6 whole corn husks
Instructions
- 1
Soak 6 corn husks in hot water for 20 minutes, until pliable. Drain and pat dry.

In a bowl, beat 1/4 cup butter and 1/4 cup brown sugar until fluffy. Add 1 cup masa harina, 1 teaspoon baking powder, and 3/4 cup warm water; mix until smooth.
- 3
Spread about 2 tablespoons of masa onto the center of each husk, leaving a 1-inch border. Fold the sides over and fold up the bottom to enclose.
