Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs pork ribs (baby back or spare), cut into 2-rib pieces
- 4 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 portion yellow rice (cooked), cucumber, tomato, and lettuce for serving
