- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 lb sushi-grade ahi tuna, cubed
- 2 cups sushi rice (prepared)
- 1 medium cucumber, sliced thin
- 1 medium avocado, sliced
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
