Ingredients

- ⅓ cup whole milk
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- 4 slices bread, sliced thick (brioche or challah preferred)
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar

Whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon in a shallow bowl until combined.

Heat butter in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high until foaming, ~90 seconds.

Soak one bread slice in the egg mixture for 2 seconds per side until saturated.

Place bread in the hot skillet and cook 3 minutes until golden and crispy on bottom.
