Ingredients

  • 8 oz mascarpone
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 3 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 lb fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup granola (store-bought or homemade)
  • 4 whole fresh figs, sliced
  • ½ whole lemon (zest only)

Instructions

    Whip mascarpone, cold heavy cream, and powdered sugar until fluffy, about 90 seconds by hand.

    Hull and halve the strawberries. Fold most of them into the whipped mascarpone, reserving some for topping.

    Divide the mascarpone mixture between four bowls or glasses, filling halfway.

    Layer a handful of granola on top of the mascarpone in each bowl.

    Top with reserved strawberry halves and fig slices. Sprinkle lemon zest over everything. Serve immediately.
