Ingredients
- 8 oz mascarpone
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 3 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 lb fresh strawberries
- 1 cup granola (store-bought or homemade)
- 4 whole fresh figs, sliced
- ½ whole lemon (zest only)

Whip mascarpone, cold heavy cream, and powdered sugar until fluffy, about 90 seconds by hand.

Hull and halve the strawberries. Fold most of them into the whipped mascarpone, reserving some for topping.
