Ingredients

  • 1 small (about 2 lbs), cut into 1-inch cubes cantaloupe or honeydew melon
  • 3 cups mixed fresh berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries)
  • ½ small fresh, cut into bite-sized chunks pineapple
  • 1 whole (juiced) lime
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 8 leaves, torn or left whole (optional) fresh mint leaves

Instructions

    Cut melon in half, scoop out seeds, then cut flesh into 1-inch cubes.

    Rinse berries gently and pat dry. Remove green tops from strawberries, halve if large.

    Cut pineapple into bite-sized chunks, removing any woody core pieces.

    Squeeze lime juice into a small bowl and whisk with honey until smooth.

    Toss all fruit together in a large bowl, then drizzle with honey-lime mixture.

    Top with torn mint if using. Serve immediately or chill up to 2 hours.
