Ingredients

  • 1 small melon (about 2 lbs) cantaloupe or honeydew melon
  • 2 cups mixed fresh berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
  • 1 whole fresh lime
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh mint
  • 1 pinch salt

    Cut the melon in half and scoop out seeds. Cut the flesh into 1-inch cubes.

    Rinse the berries and pat dry with paper towels.

    Combine melon and berries in a large bowl.
