Ingredients

  • 1 bunch water spinach
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. 1

Wash the 1 bunch water spinach and 1 cup bean sprouts; trim any tough stems from the spinach and pat dry.

  2. 2

Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat until shimmering, about 1 minute.

  3. 3

Add 3 minced garlic cloves and stir-fry until fragrant, about 30 seconds, being careful not to burn.

  4. 4

Add the water spinach and bean sprouts; toss constantly until the spinach is wilted and bright green, about 2-3 minutes.

  5. 5

Drizzle with 1 tbsp soy sauce, toss to coat, and serve immediately while hot.
