Ingredients
- 1 head broccoli
- 8 oz mushrooms
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Cut the 1 head broccoli into small florets and slice the 8 oz mushrooms. Mince the 2 garlic cloves.

Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the broccoli and 2 tbsp water, cover, and steam until bright green and crisp-tender, about 3 minutes. Remove broccoli to a plate.

Add the remaining 1 tbsp oil to the skillet. Add the mushrooms and garlic, and cook until mushrooms are golden and release their liquid, about 4 minutes.

Return the broccoli to the skillet. Add the 2 tbsp soy sauce and stir-fry everything together for 1 minute until the sauce coats the vegetables and everything is hot.
