  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

    Heat a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering, then add 1 tbsp oil.

    Sear each pork chop 4 minutes per side without moving until golden brown and cooked through.

    Push chops to the skillet edge, then add minced garlic to the center and cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
