Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup ham, diced
- ¾ cup frozen peas
- 2 whole egg

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large skillet over medium-high until it shimmers.

Add rice and ham, breaking up clumps and stirring, until rice is heated through and edges start to crisp, ~3 minutes.

Push rice to the sides of the skillet, add 0.5 tbsp oil to the center, and crack eggs into the space.
