Ingredients
- 4 strip bacon strips
- 2 slice bread (sourdough, brioche, or whole wheat)
- 1 whole avocado, ripe
- 2 whole eggs
- 1 tbsp butter
- ¼ whole lemon (juiced)

Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
