Ingredients
- ⅓ cup hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 rack pork baby back ribs (1.5–2 lb rack)
- 2 ear corn on the cob
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Mix hoisin, soy sauce, ginger, and honey in a small bowl until combined.

Pat ribs dry. Arrange ribs and corn on a broiler-safe sheet pan, spacing evenly.

Brush ribs generously with glaze on both sides. Dot corn with butter, salt, and pepper.

Broil 4–5 inches from heat for 6–7 minutes until ribs are charred and caramelized.
