Ingredients
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 2 tbsp honey or palm sugar
- ½ whole lime, juiced
- 2 clove garlic, minced
- 2 lbs pork ribs, rack-cut
- 1 whole cucumber, thinly sliced
- 2 cups cooked white rice

Line a sheet pan with foil. Pat ribs dry and arrange in a single layer.

Whisk soy sauce, ginger, honey, lime juice, and garlic in a small bowl until sugar dissolves.

Brush glaze generously on both sides of the ribs, reserving 2 tbsp for finishing.

Broil on the middle rack for 8–10 minutes until edges char and glaze caramelizes, turning halfway.

Remove from oven, brush with reserved glaze, and rest 2 minutes while you arrange rice and cucumber on plates.
