Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs pork spare ribs or baby back ribs (cut into 2-bone pieces)
  • 3 tbsp gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 6 count garlic cloves (unpeeled)
  • ½ count lime (cut into wedges)

Instructions

    Mix gochujang, soy sauce, and honey in a bowl until smooth and no lumps remain.

    Toss ribs with the glaze on a sheet pan until evenly coated on both sides.

    Scatter garlic cloves around the ribs on the pan.

    Broil 6 inches from heat for 8–10 minutes, stirring and flipping ribs halfway through until edges char and glaze bubbles.

    Serve ribs with roasted garlic cloves and lime wedges for squeezing over the top.
