Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs pork spare ribs or baby back ribs (cut into 2-bone pieces)
- 3 tbsp gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 6 count garlic cloves (unpeeled)
- ½ count lime (cut into wedges)

Mix gochujang, soy sauce, and honey in a bowl until smooth and no lumps remain.

Toss ribs with the glaze on a sheet pan until evenly coated on both sides.

Scatter garlic cloves around the ribs on the pan.

Broil 6 inches from heat for 8–10 minutes, stirring and flipping ribs halfway through until edges char and glaze bubbles.
