Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1.5 lbs pork ribs (baby back or short ribs)
  • 1.5 cups cherry tomatoes
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp neutral cooking oil

Instructions

  1. 1

Mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and lime juice in a small bowl.

  2. 2

Pat ribs dry with paper towels. Season generously with salt and black pepper on both sides.

  3. 3

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until it shimmers, about 90 seconds.

  4. 4

Add ribs to the skillet in a single layer. Sear 3 minutes per side without moving until edges char.

  5. 5

Pour the glaze over the ribs. Add cherry tomatoes to the pan around them. Toss tomatoes with a spoon.

  6. 6

Continue cooking 4–5 minutes until glaze thickens and tomatoes begin to blister. Remove from heat.

  7. 7

Plate ribs and tomatoes. Drizzle with pan glaze. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve immediately.
