Ingredients
- 3 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1.5 lbs pork ribs (baby back or short ribs)
- 1.5 cups cherry tomatoes
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp neutral cooking oil

Mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and lime juice in a small bowl.

Pat ribs dry with paper towels. Season generously with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until it shimmers, about 90 seconds.

Add ribs to the skillet in a single layer. Sear 3 minutes per side without moving until edges char.

Pour the glaze over the ribs. Add cherry tomatoes to the pan around them. Toss tomatoes with a spoon.
