Ingredients

  • 1.5 large mango, firm but ripe, cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 1 large apple (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp), cut into 1-inch chunks
  • ¾ cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1.5 tsp chaat masala
  • 1 whole lime (juiced)
  • ¼ tsp red chili flakes or fresh green chili, minced

Instructions

    Cut mango and apple into 1-inch chunks. Do this over a bowl to catch any juice.

    Add pomegranate seeds to the bowl with the fruit.

    Sprinkle chaat masala and chili flakes over the top.

    Pour lime juice over everything and toss gently until coated, ~30 seconds.

    Taste and add more salt or lime juice if needed. Serve immediately.
