Ingredients

  • 12 oz lager or pale lager beer
  • 1 whole (divided) lime
  • ½ oz hot sauce (Valentina or Tabasco)
  • ¼ oz Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp tajín or chili-lime seasoning
  • 4 oz cooked shrimp, chilled
  • 2 whole celery stalks
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

    Cut 1 lime in half. Rub the rim of a tall glass with the lime cut-side.

    Pour tajín on a small plate. Dip the wet rim into the seasoning, rotating to coat fully.

    Fill the glass with ice. Add hot sauce, Worcestershire, and a squeeze of juice from the remaining lime half.

    Pour the cold beer slowly into the glass until almost full, tilting to prevent foam overflow.

    Top with chilled shrimp and 2 celery stalks standing upright as stirrers and garnish.

    Stir once and serve immediately.
