Ingredients
- 6 oz spaghetti
- 8 oz large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 oz mussels, cleaned and debearded
- 4 cloves garlic cloves, minced
- ½ cup dry white wine
- 1 whole red chili pepper, sliced thin
- 1 whole lemon (zested and juiced)
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Preheat oven to 425°F. Boil spaghetti in salted water until 2 minutes shy of al dente, then drain.

Tear two large sheets of parchment paper. Divide pasta between them, then top with shrimp, mussels, and garlic.

Drizzle each packet with 3 tbsp wine, 1 tbsp olive oil, and a squeeze of lemon juice. Top with chili slices.
