Ingredients

  • 6 oz spaghetti
  • 6 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 6 oz white fish fillet (halibut or cod), cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup dry white wine
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley or basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. 1

Preheat oven to 425°F. Boil spaghetti in salted water until al dente, about 9 minutes. Drain and divide between two large sheets of parchment paper.

  2. 2

Arrange shrimp and fish chunks on top of each pasta nest. Scatter minced garlic and fresh herbs over the seafood.

  3. 3

Pour 1/4 cup white wine over each packet. Season with salt and pepper, then fold parchment tightly to seal all edges.

  4. 4

Place packets on a baking sheet and bake 8–10 minutes until parchment puffs and shrimp turn opaque.

  5. 5

Carefully open packets — steam will release. Serve immediately with lemon wedges if desired.
