Ingredients

  • 6 oz spaghetti
  • ½ lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 6 count littleneck clams
  • ½ cup dry white wine
  • 1 count lemon (halved)
  • 3 count garlic cloves, minced

Instructions

  1. 1

Boil spaghetti in salted water until just under al dente, about 7 minutes. Drain well.

  2. 2

Tear two large sheets of parchment paper. Divide pasta between them, then top with shrimp and clams.

  3. 3

Sprinkle garlic over seafood. Pour half the wine over each packet. Squeeze lemon juice over top.

  4. 4

Fold parchment tightly to seal, crimping edges. Place packets on a baking sheet.

  5. 5

Bake at 425°F for 6 minutes. Clams should open and shrimp should turn pink.

  6. 6

Carefully open packets at the table—watch for steam. Discard any unopened clams. Drizzle with olive oil.
