Ingredients
- 10 oz boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 3 tbsp gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 8 oz ramen noodles (instant or fresh)
- 2 whole eggs
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Bring a large skillet to medium-high heat with 1 tbsp oil. Add chicken pieces and cook, stirring, until golden and cooked through, ~7 minutes.

Stir in minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add gochujang, butter, and soy sauce; mix until well combined.

Boil noodles in salted water per package directions until al dente, ~3 minutes. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, then drain.

Add noodles and 1/4 cup pasta water to the skillet. Toss constantly until noodles are coated and sauce clings, about 2 minutes.

Push noodles to the side. Add remaining 1 tbsp oil to the skillet and crack both eggs into the empty space. Fry until whites set and yolks jiggle, ~3 minutes.
