Ingredients
- 10 oz boneless chicken breast or cutlet
- 6 oz ramen noodles (instant or fresh)
- 3 tbsp gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp red chili flakes (gochugaru)
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Pound chicken to ½-inch thickness, then season with salt and pepper on both sides.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high until it shimmers, about 1 minute.

Pan-fry chicken without moving until golden brown, 4–5 minutes per side. Transfer to a plate.
