Ingredients
- 10 oz chicken breast, diced into bite-sized pieces
- 7 oz instant ramen noodles (2 packs)
- 3 tbsp gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 stalks scallions, chopped (plus sesame seeds for garnish)

Boil salted water in a large skillet over high heat. Add ramen noodles, stir, and cook until just tender, ~3 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Return the skillet to medium-high. Add 1 tbsp butter and chicken pieces. Cook, stirring, until no pink remains, ~5 minutes.

Add minced garlic to the chicken and stir until fragrant, ~30 seconds.

Stir in gochujang, remaining 1 tbsp butter, and honey. Mix until sauce coats the chicken, ~1 minute.

Return cooked noodles to the skillet. Toss vigorously until every strand is coated and edges start to crisp, ~3 minutes.
