Ingredients

  • 10 oz chicken breast, diced into bite-sized pieces
  • 7 oz instant ramen noodles (2 packs)
  • 3 tbsp gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 stalks scallions, chopped (plus sesame seeds for garnish)

Instructions

  1. 1

Boil salted water in a large skillet over high heat. Add ramen noodles, stir, and cook until just tender, ~3 minutes. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

Return the skillet to medium-high. Add 1 tbsp butter and chicken pieces. Cook, stirring, until no pink remains, ~5 minutes.

  3. 3

Add minced garlic to the chicken and stir until fragrant, ~30 seconds.

  4. 4

Stir in gochujang, remaining 1 tbsp butter, and honey. Mix until sauce coats the chicken, ~1 minute.

  5. 5

Return cooked noodles to the skillet. Toss vigorously until every strand is coated and edges start to crisp, ~3 minutes.

  6. 6

Divide between bowls. Top with chopped scallions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
