Ingredients
- ½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breast or thigh
- 2 pack instant ramen noodles (2 packs, discard seasoning packet)
- 3 tbsp gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 clove garlic, minced
- 2 stalk scallions, sliced (white + green parts separated)

Slice chicken thin (1/4-inch). Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large skillet over high heat until shimmering.

Add chicken and white parts of scallions. Stir-fry until chicken is cooked through, ~5 minutes.

Stir in gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, and garlic. Mix until paste coats chicken, ~30 seconds.

Boil salted water in a pot. Cook noodles until al dente, ~2 minutes. Drain and add to skillet.
