Ingredients

  • 1 cup espresso or strong brewed coffee
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • ⅛ tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

    Brew espresso or pour hot strong coffee into a mug.

    Stir sugar and cinnamon into the hot coffee until dissolved.

    Heat milk in a small saucepan or microwave until steaming, ~90 seconds.

    Whisk or froth the milk vigorously for 30 seconds until thick foam forms.
