Ingredients
- 2 blocks instant ramyeon noodle blocks
- 6 oz spam, cut into 8 thin slices
- 6 oz bok choy, halved lengthwise
- 1 medium carrots, sliced thin into coins
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp gochugaru (Korean chili flakes)
- 2 whole eggs
- 1 tbsp sesame oil

Bring 5 cups water to a boil in a large pot over high heat.

Add ramyeon blocks and stir to separate. Cook until just tender, about 3 minutes.

While noodles cook, sear spam slices in a skillet over medium-high for 2 minutes per side until edges crisp and char.

Add bok choy, carrots, garlic, and gochugaru to the pot with noodles. Stir well and cook 2 minutes.

Crack both eggs into the pot. Turn heat to medium and cook until whites set but yolks still jiggle, about 3 minutes.
