Ingredients
- 2 packages ramyeon (Korean instant noodles)
- 200 g bok choy, roughly chopped
- 2 whole eggs
- 1 tbsp gochugaru (Korean red chili flakes)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- ½ tbsp sesame oil
Instructions

Boil 4 cups water in a pot. Add ramyeon noodles and cook 3 minutes, stirring to separate.

Stir in gochugaru, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Add bok choy and cook 2 minutes until greens wilt.

Meanwhile, heat oil in a skillet over medium-high. Crack both eggs in and fry until whites set but yolks jiggle, ~3 minutes.
