Ingredients
- 6 oz pork belly, sliced thin
- 2 packages ramyeon (Korean instant noodles)
- 1.5 tbsp gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
- 5 cups water
- ¾ cup kimchi, roughly chopped
- 2 whole eggs
- 2 tbsp scallions, sliced thin

Heat a large pot over medium-high. Cook pork belly until edges crisp, about 4 minutes, stirring often.

Add water and gochujang, stirring until paste dissolves. Bring to a boil.
