Ingredients
- 2 packages instant ramyeon noodles
- 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
- 3 cups water
- 2 whole hard-boiled eggs
- 2 slices bread, sliced
- 2 tbsp scallion, sliced

Bring water to a boil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Stir in gochujang until it dissolves, breaking up any lumps with a spoon.

Add noodles, breaking them apart as they soften. Boil until just tender, ~4 minutes.

Tear bread slices into bite-size pieces. Drop them into the skillet to soak.

Slice hard-boiled eggs in half. Place on top of noodles, yolk side up.
