Ingredients

  • 2 packages instant ramyeon noodles
  • 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 whole hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 slices bread, sliced
  • 2 tbsp scallion, sliced

Instructions

  1. 1

Bring water to a boil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. 2

Stir in gochujang until it dissolves, breaking up any lumps with a spoon.

  3. 3

Add noodles, breaking them apart as they soften. Boil until just tender, ~4 minutes.

  4. 4

Tear bread slices into bite-size pieces. Drop them into the skillet to soak.

  5. 5

Slice hard-boiled eggs in half. Place on top of noodles, yolk side up.

Sprinkle scallion over the bowl. Serve hot in the skillet or transfer to bowls.
