Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1.5 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Instructions

    Boil spaghetti in salted water until al dente, about 9 minutes.

    Add frozen vegetables to the pasta water 2 minutes before draining.

    Drain pasta and vegetables, reserving 1/4 cup pasta water.

    Return pasta and vegetables to the pot off heat.

    Drizzle soy sauce and sesame oil over the noodles, then toss until coated.

    Add reserved pasta water a splash at a time if the noodles feel dry.
