Ingredients

  • 2 packages instant ramen noodles
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 whole egg
  • 2 whole scallion

Instructions

    Bring 4 cups water to a boil in a pot over high heat.

    Add ramen noodles and cook according to package directions, stirring occasionally.

    While noodles cook, bring a separate small pot of water to a boil and gently add eggs.
