Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (spaghetti or linguine)
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 stalks scallion, sliced thin

Instructions

    Boil salted water in a large pot, then add pasta and cook until al dente.

    Reserve 1/4 cup pasta water, then drain the pasta.

    Return the empty pot to medium heat and melt butter, then add soy sauce.
