- 8 oz deli sausage (kielbasa or smoked), sliced
- 4 oz deli ham, diced
- 1 large dill pickle, chopped
- ½ cup pitted olives, halved
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 4 slices rye or crusty bread, sliced
