Ingredients

- ¾ cup warm water
- 1 packet (2.25 tsp) instant yeast
- 1 tbsp sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp coarse salt
- 1 cup sharp cheddar, shredded
- 3 oz cream cheese
- ¼ cup beer (lager or ale)
